Underfloor Warehouse is able to assess and recommend installers of all technologies to supply and install Renewable Solutions on a national basis.

Why The Code?
We have set up the UFW code of conduct scheme to help companies/consumers identify professionally qualified competent installers.

The growing area of renewable energy technologies requires an ever increasing number of professional installers. The aim of the code is to identify these installers.

Due to the fact that all installers require MCS or be in process of achieving MCS approval they will be in the process of meeting the REAL assurance consumer code already.

For an installer to display the UFW logo they will have had to meet and sign up to the code of conduct,

The UFW code of conduct
The installers will have had to:

• Completed or be in the process of gaining MSC approval.
• Have completed the manufacturers training courses for the products to be installed.
• Had three projects assessed by Underfloor Warehouse technical team.
• Be a UFW account customer and meet our credit criteria.
• Follow up all customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Have a complaints procedure in place.
• Have professional industry recognised qualifications
• Do not oversell performance information and prediction.
• Be fully up to date with approvals, permissions and grants.
• Only install MSC accredited product.
• Provide after sales/system warranty service.
• Have a competitive pricing structure.
• Attend site visits as required.
