New RHI Details Announced 15/03/11

On 10th March 2011 the Government has announced much awaited details of The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).

The Incentive is introduced in two stages:
- RHI Tariff Scheme (Industry, commercial & public  sector)
- RHI Premium Payment (households)
